Hi! This week Kunstkammer has two items out for Fifty Linden Fridays!

Demonia Dark Eye Collection

First, a new dark version of the popular Demonia eyes! Six different handpainted full sclera eyes in rich colors that compliment a wide range of horror and goth outfits. This is a special early release sale; these eyes will be available at full price this weekend along with the revamped Surrealist and Bast eye lines!

Carnival Earrings: Red Cross

Second, a charity item for the Red Cross. This is a red and copper recolor of the versatile Carnival Earrings, a highly detailed construction which features beads wired to a metal frame around a beautiful large teardrop bead. The earrings also come with optional copy/mod hoops that attach to the nose, with and without an incorporated facelight.

Since this item is for charity, it will be available all week. ♥

This week and next, some of the participating stores will have RED items out for sale. Proceeds from these items will go to the Red Cross, to support disaster relief in Haiti. Please help if you can. First up: The Down the Chimney Hunt!

This is the hunt I put together, and I really recommend doing it. First off, there is NO JUNK on this hunt. I am not kidding you here – there are over 90 top-quality items from awesome creators just waiting for you to come along and scoop them up. Second, the vast majority of the gifts are NOT seasonal, so if you are pressed for time, you will be able to unpack your items later and still use them. Third, this hunt is easy! Many hunters have been able to complete the entire hunt in a day or two.

You have probably heard of this one, and yes, at times, it has been impossible to TP in. (I’m very sorry about that). However, the traffic has slowed down a little, so come by and pick these up:

Third: The Stamp out AIDS hunt

For this hunt, I decided to make one of the staples of queer club fashion: a short mourning veil. It is no coincidence that this became so popular in the eighties, and I hope you consider taking a moment to put a few Lindens in the AIDS donataion kiosk at the front of the store.

Creators were asked to make something relating to the theme of peace, and I haven’t made much for the gents lately, so I came up with this:

The Glamazon cuff has an edgy, irregular mix of round studs, large pyramid studs, and large gently twinkling faceted stones. The cuffs are copy/mod and come with a resizer for convenience. An XL size is also included for the glam-rock guys. The set also includes a much lower lag cuff with an abstract arrangement of the large pyramid studs. Fifty Linden Fridays - Kunstkammer Moth-Attracting Bulb

First, a new release for this Fifty Linden Friday: Kunstkammer Moth-Attracting Bulb. This bulb has menu-controlled on and off states, and 9 different color choices. The different colors tint the bulb, the beam, the moths and light source (if you use the lighted version). Colors operate independently of the on and off states.

Also, I have placed an older, unisex item on sale: the Star Belt Set with black belt leather.

Fifty Linden Fridays - week 8

This week you can find a pre-release special on the new Kunstkammer Reactive Beaded Curtains. These curtains have been painstakingly scripted to react naturally: they flex in the same direction as an avatar walking through, play a high-quality custom sound, and gently settle back to straight. For your convenience, I have also included an optional security prim that operates seamlessly with the beaded curtain.

Each color includes a shadowed version of the curtain, an unshadowed one, and a special half-and-half version, so you can have the popular “darkened interior” look without annoying alpha flicker.

There is quite a bit, so I’ll cover the three items I have out to benefit Oxfam today. All charity items give 50% to Oxfam, a group of non-governmental organizations from three continents working worldwide to fight poverty and injustice. They do serious good, so think about making a donation even if you don’t buy any of these.

This week’s Wicked post was inspired by the friggin awesome cutie shorts at Rotten Toe. I snapped them up and immediately rushed back to my place to put together an outfit for them.
